Restarting my weight loss journey after gaining it all back once again . I have a cruise in febuary so I’m really gonna try and be disciplined and see if I can’t drop 10 pounds by 2/15/23

Wish me luck , I’m gonna get back to weighing , tracking my calories and attempting to stay 400-500 under my RDI of 1700 each day to cut that fat down some 🥲
142.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
