Lost weight even though I didn't quite stick to the diet. Grandkids were over and will be next week as well. Baseball games for Shane start this week as well, so dinner on those nights will be interesting to say the least!





BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 93 AT 8:01 A.M.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
