I've been working really hard at this for a long time, and I'm really happy :)

I'M LESS THAN 15 STONE!

At the moment, sticking to a diet is really hard - as I'm not going to the gym because of my second year medical school exams.

It's pretty simple - eat less then.
I've been aiming for 1500 kcals and a cheat day a week/every other week.
I also haven't drank for about 3 weeks (I'm a student!!)

I would love to reach a healthy BMI by my 21st (end of June) but tbh, as long as it keeps going down I couldn't care less!
208.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 May 2015:
