back to normal after spending the holidays with my parents. I've just watched a twin study on Netflix. I think it was called You are what you eat, so I'm sticking to the vegan diet but doing a low carb version. I had to help my dad set up a huge TV as his computer monitor as he's classed as severely sight impaired, probably down to his diabetes. My brother bought him a 3XL shirt, but it was too small. I don't want to end up like that.
