Avoided the scale and gained five pounds!

But on the bright side I have been going to the gym regularly and I am stronger in the last five months!

I am going to stop eating everything white....are you with me?

Being so consistent at the gym may mean some of your Gain is muscle...Keep on keeping on...esp.at the gym !6
