😑😑😑五點前又早醒有點睡不著,賴了一下肚子餓起來先吃早餐休息後再做運動
100.8 lb Lost so far: 35.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
