Oh hello, weight loss. It's been awhile. Visit more often. I've officially began the 8 week no soda challenge, starting yesterday. Wish me luck.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
