Made it through the holidays with 2 weeks off work and still lost so far 2lbs. I didn't eat healthy everyday, had a lot of drinks too. Was struggling with how much damage I done but decided to hop on the scale Tuesday and see I lost a pound even through all of that. I'm so happy that I keep going. Learning to make this a lifestyle change has been amazing. So excited for what January has in store for me!!!
