Follwoing diet well still need more exercise but glad to be moving inthe right direction. Would love to get under 200 nextw eek if a do alot of exercise maybe it will happen!

Have a big event end of June so I would love to be at 180 but I think that's a lofty goal!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
