Been working on my diet and switching things up. I'm eating 4 times a day on Tuesday Thursday. Working out at least 2 times a day during the week. It's helping a lot more than I expected.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
