No change. I had the English version of prime rib (thinly sliced)with the French onion soup and baked potato. I had saved enough calories to cover this so it worked out well! I didn't finish the prime rib (just wasn't that into it).








FORGOT TO DO BLOOD LEVEL YESTERDAY!!!!

BLOOD LEVEL IS 143 AT 7:38 A.M. ON MAY 1ST.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
