Did little exercise this week and kept to the diet pretty well up until yesterday when I ate nothing but fast foods!!!!.
I had to make a day trip up North (4 hour journey each way) and left home at 6:00 am returning home close to midnight. On this trip I had breakfast at MacDonalds (sausages, eggs, fried patatoe and a muffin with jam, tea and a banna smoothie), lunch (toasted cheese sandwitch and chips, coke with a bar of chocolate), tea was back at McDonalds again(Two Big Macs, large Fries, large Coke, and a Snow Feeze)... Nothing like a fatty high carb intake day sitting on your backside driving to watch my team play hockey games!!!. It was a great day though....... and I still lost 0.2 Kg for the week :)
