Up a bit after gorging myself over the weekend. No matter, I'll get back at it strong this week, definitely need it since we're heading back to Hays this weekend for a baptism and to see my buddy who's back on leave from Japan.

Next week it's nose to the grindstone, try to get these last little bits of fat knocked down.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
