W00t! 1st goal met! Now for the next goal: FIVE POUNDS by Thanksgiving! (Cross your appendages the new meds don't make me gain weight!)
252.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
