UGH!!!!
310.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

OK... just want to offer some well worn advice. Do not get hung up with the scale, especially on a daily basis. It will invite negative self talk ("Ugh") and make you think progress isn't coming "fast enough" when in actuality it may be coming unbeknownst to you (increased muscle mass offsetting the fat you really lost exercising). If you clothes feel a little looser, then damn the scale. I try to weigh once a week only for logging's sake. I gained a pound of water weight this week, but know it will go soon and take a pound of fat with it hopefully. Just wanted to keep you from repeating the mistakes I see so many people here make that involve the scale. ;)

Listen to nolechick she said it all. The scale only tells a tiny portion of the story, and it lies... A LOT. Take your measurments, go by how your clothes are fitting and if you really can't see it than get out the camera and snap a pic.. find one from the beginning of your weightloss and compair you will see differences you didn't know where there!
