No change. Need to pick up some salmon and chicken. More diet green tea as well. Going out tonight to The Roost for dinner. Prime rib night with French onion soup. Husband's favorite!!







BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS (MISSED!)
237.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
