Rested today, define needed it do a small walk and hit my steps. Planning for January lots of plans and goals I want to meet. Trying a 30 day all in challenge, mostly includes 30 minutes of walking everyday and 30 minutes of cardio. After this month trying to build more consistency and build up the amount of time I’m working out

Anyone else feel like this week between Christmas and new years is limbo? lol
140.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
