Can't believe I lost 4lbs! I ate healthy this week but did have a few slips but I kept on trekking. So if I can lose 4lbs with one day of exercising (injury) and a few slips imagine the possibilities. Time to kick it into high gear!
359.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
