Returned from a four day conference in Vegas with some sort of respiratory bug. No appetite so I am not eating much at all. Not the way I want to reach my goal because I am concerned about the rebound effect. I'll have to see how much longer I have to fight this bug before I can get back into a good diet plan. Not enjoying the weight loss at this point.
