Great workout today, trying to make sure I don’t lose ground over the weekend with travel. I want to reach my goal of hitting 138 this month. For me I think just hitting that weight twice will be good for me. My goal this month was just trying to get a head start on the new year and get working out to be a more regular thing. I didn’t do one hour workouts or do workouts everyday that I said I would but I did always make up the workouts I missed. So overall I feel like I have done well this month so far.

I honestly don’t know what’s different this time as opposed to every other time I have tried to lose weight but I really feel like this time I will make it to the end of my goal. While I’m not motivated everyday or even feel like I did my best,I am giving it my all overall.
140.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
