After a rough last week, I started the week right, next week is busy with travel so I really need to make this week count and have a plan for travel days.

I think my travel day plans will just include working toward my steps goals, eating as healthy as I can, and drinking water. Anyone have any other ideas? Maybe small workouts I can do would be a good idea to.
140.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a great plan! I struggle with travel myself. You might also try setting good sleep goals and water, too. Those things tend to be big changes during travel. I like to find a couple 10 minute yoga or low impact workouts to keep on tap for before bedtime.
