Hi everyone,
I didn’t work out today but I’m feeling good, I’ll makeup the workout tomorrow and regret not working out when I weight myself tomorrow lol.

I’m just curious but does anyone have any detox recipes and/or healthy smoothie recipes? If you do have a detox how often do you do it and what’s the routine with it?
139.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
