Hump Day!!!!
Kicked my butt lol

Struggled today and did not workout. I was just emotional and mentally drained today and could not come out of it to motivate myself. Getting on here and doing my commit book at night is really helping re-motivates me when I have a bad day like today. It reenergizes me so I can succeed tomorrow and the next day.

I actively tell myself that I just moved around a rest day and I can workout tomorrow instead of resting as planned and so far that is working.

I did see my weight go back up this morning but I’m trying to stay positive, I’m still actively trying , working out and eating well. My goal might seem small but I’m short so every pound matters and shows
141.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
