I went to the gym yesterday and I always weigh more the day after, so I will measure again tomorrow. I can already tell I'm not going to meet the 200 marker this week. I had a horrible week in eating and I can see that I'm not too the point yet where I can eat crap and work out and maintain. So back to the eating healthy and working out next week. Not sure whey my week was so off this week. I was so gung ho to get under 200 that I"m surprised that motivation didn't keep me on the right eating path. Losing weigh is so hard.

My body seems to be changing but the weight is still reflecting there. I worked out more this week then I have for a long time but then I screw up on my eating.

Yesterday I ran another two miles and shaved 2.5 minutes off my time before when I ran. I'm improving in some areas and slacking in others.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
