Alright. Starting a new diet tomorrow. I ordered 100% food from Space Nutrients Station. I will be dieting 4 days a week and then trying to make healthy decisions on the weekends (since I struggle with strict diets while out with my boyfriend). Monday to Thursday will start with a Slimfast breakfast shake (I can use the powder mix since I am not on the go, and it's a cheap alternative). I will be having 2 bottles of 100% food on Mondays and Wednesdays and 1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a regular dinner.
I will be resuming Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I will try to find a hiking buddy for Wednesday mornings.
My goal is to lose 20 lbs by my sister's graduation. I hear most people lose about 14-16 lbs on this diet, but I'm younger than the other people I've seen trying this. I'm hoping the extra exercise might also kickstart my metabolism.

I am a big believer in listening to my body. If this diet makes me feel lightheaded at any point, I have allotted myself up to 450 calories of snacking with less than 13g of fat and less than 100g of carbs. This could easily mean a bowl of cereal. I'm going to take a look at the emergency granola I keep in my car to see how it stacks up to this snacking allotment.

I also have a large window for dinner and snacks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Under 1000 calories, under 35 g of fat, and under 190 g of carbs. Very doable.

On Tuesday and Thursday, I will likely have two small meals, one before the gym and one after.
