Hi, everyone trying to stay below the 2200. That's what fat secret gave me. Definitely eating smaller meals. I have to be more conscious what they are though.
265.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
