From my weight it looks as if I have been holding it well but actually I have been up to as much as 127 recently and have had difficulty keeping it to 125 or lower. I have been ill since early February with an as yet undiagnosed illness so that may be why. I am now eating on the assumption that I have GERD but haven't had it confirmed by a specialist. Considering the changes I am making are not harmful I don't see any problem. I am only having one coffee per day in the morning, no pepper and have bought a wedge to sleep on to keep my head elevated. It took a while to get used to it but I can now sleep comfortably on it all night. It seems to be helping as my mouth is no longer sore and dry and I am getting my voice back.
