I looked in the mirror at my dressed self this morning and happily decided that I am looking more like a pear and less like a muffin in my clothes, so that's a plus. I've misplaced my body tape measure since December (when I last measured myself before I started going to the gym routinely) so I'm going to buy another one this weekend and see if I have been losing inches instead (crossing fingers), even though I've only lost a pound in the last 3 weeks. At least my pants aren't painfully tight around the waist anymore and I didn't have to go up a pant size, yay!
