This week starts my gym regime. I'm nervous simply because I have been sticking to being healthy showing up for my rowing class every Monday. Being consistent with eating healthy. Adding the gym is just another thing I'm nervous about being consistent with. It takes 21 days to make something a habit and 90 days to make it a lifestyle. Well I'm a few days away from 90 days of eating right. So now I have to tackle this new me of getting up and going to the gym at least 3 to 4 days a week. Its time to show up for me.
352.0 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
