Lost 8 ounces!! I feel good about that. Having salmon for lunch today and chicken for dinner.




BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 122 AT 7:12 A.M.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
