Actually started one week ago. That starting weight was 228.2 (on 4/16) I hit "restart" to try and get the flow chart to reset but it didn't. Drat. My current BMI is 41.0
224.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 April 2015:
1168 kcal Fat: 64.79g | Prot: 78.13g | Carb: 57.97g.   Breakfast: Margarine, Sugar in the Raw Stevia in the Raw, Soy Sauce, Egg. Lunch: Margarine, Birds Eye Steamfresh Broccoli. Dinner: Lettuce, Daisy Sour Cream, Kroger Wing Sauce, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas (28g). Snacks/Other: Kroger Carbmaster Strawberry Yogurt, Coffee, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). more...

I am back yeah! this works I like keeping tract and I cook healthy now and very happy :) never give up!!! no fad diets work just count cal intake, fat intake, lower sugars. I no longer have pepsi cola only when I have a craving for it one time, drink plenty of water and walk walk walk for exercise. it's all about changing eating habits and what weight you loose will stay off. :)
