Did a lot better this week. Was ill with stomach something too, so I am sure that helped. Eating 1 real meal at school lunchtime, then Slimfast for breakfast and dinner.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
