I am going to stick with 163 though I have not weighed myself. We got back from Boston last night. I didn't eat crazy but I also didn't eat well. Food in Boston was so good. We walked a lot because we used the subway and went to the marathon expo. Didn't realize it but we walked around the expo for 3 hours. Wow. I think I stood and walked as much as I sat and slept this weekend. :) Loved Boston!!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you had a great time ..yep I would stay off the scale if your curious you can just tell by your clothing how your doing or measure ...don't let the scale steal that great time you had...have a great day:)
