Ok back from Hawaii and as expected I am up. I was not able to really eat Atkin's friendly while gone. the food really was just not available. Everything was rice and potatos! LOL No green beans, no broccoli. I did the best I could, but I did eat off my diet. I am going to go back on Induction for a few days and try to get back on track.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
