Lost 8 ounces! Going back to eating more salmon for now. Shane here this week. Need to stick to the diet as much as possible.





BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 120 AT 7:48 A.M.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1188 kcal Fat: 40.48g | Prot: 78.28g | Carb: 120.55g.   Breakfast: Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz), Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Quaker Puffed Rice, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Hannaford Asparagus Spears, Salmon, Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner: Mt.
