Another superb day….Exercise was significant. 80 Minute hard cycle outside. Then 30 Minutes Stair Master and then a 40 Minute run. Followed that with full weight workout. Good day!!

Ate angio genesis and all CRON!!

Onwards and Upwards!!
176.8 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
