Haven't had pure junk (ice cream, cookies, cake, pie etc) since the 28th but definitely overeating carbs almost every day. My focus has been keeping my hands off the junk instead of worrying with the scale. Because it was the junk binges that made the scale go boing. Time for another grocery trip and with my first Thanksgiving without my husband, I'm afraid and just planning on buying some junk. I don't do cigs, booze or drugs, junk food is my drug of choice. Thought about calling it out and picking it up this time to avoid going in so I don't buy the junk. Or not go at all as I have enough not to have to go until after Thanksgiving. OMG I hate being so indecisive! Anyone else out there stuggling with how to handle Thanksgiving? LOLS, dumb question I know. Wishing you all strength to get through it!:)
