K i am serious now. This weight has gone far enough. Im going to walk 2-4 miles Monday Wednesday and Friday. And do 30 day shred everyday. Im ready to lose the weight that I put on since brian has been home. I wanna look good and I wanna feel healthy so my next pregnancy will be easier.
