Have to go to a four day conference starting tomorrow. It will be hard to eat gluten free without over eating sugars. Breakfast will likely be fruit and muffins. I will do the best that i can, and if my weight goes up i will deal with that after i get back. Thinking about using Jorge Cruise's hormone plan as a starting point.
