day 28 I had all my water and I didn't lose:0( I did have a chicken leg to finish out my cals at 8pm last night plus I ate both my serving of fruit for dinner. I only have 12 more days with the drops I hope I can get back on track.
188.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
