so I was gonna wait a few more days before weighing myself but man oh man what a great way to start day down 2 pounds must be doing something right these past few days :) now got a 12 hour day shift ahead of me hopefully I can keep up the good work...fingers crossed for half decent weather so I can get out for a walk
