I went back on calorie diet. I do the low carb. and low cal. but nothing seems to work. I do some exercise inside but haven't been able to do any walking outside it has been just to hot. Can't wait til fall so I can get back at it. Hoping than it will start coming off. I've been between 170 - 175 for about 5 months and it is so depressing.
