It has been too hot inside and out for me to exercise safely. I will pick back up when it cools down. Meantime, I've been doing squats and weights. Ijust can't do any cardio or strenuous exercise right now, Bummer.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
