I took a break from the excessive calorie counting as it was getting a bit unhealthy and focused on getting stronger with some strength training and the results are evident. 🤭
160.9 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
