OMg....its paying off...lookin @ nutrition facts and watching my intake. I feel good and am continuing it all the way!! I'll keep ya posted! Doing a good enough exercises but i would like to do more if i had more time...pretty soon i will!
141.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
