Super Day yesterday!…Ate exceptionally well…Tuna Yogurt Blueberries Ground Lean Turkey Nuts Oranges Watermelon…All CRON. CRON is definitely the way to go. 1573 Calories hitting nutritional markers.

Doing a FAST today. Last food was 9PM yesterday. Yogurt.

Exercise was awesome…Solid Bike then gym workout. Where I am most pleased is Demetra my training partner is doing great.


Moving back to Canada…new Job and new different stresses. Must not change the routines I have installed.

Laid out my Grueling Triatlon Schedule last night. What a tall tough order. Lets see if I can do it!! First weekend has back to back races.

If I can do all these maybe my ULTIMATE GOAL….first IronMAN.

You can so do an Ironman, nice drop. Plus your a Raiders fan so you can really do anything you want.
