Hmmm... Must have been the dodgy ingredients in the boerewors last night. Damn sugar, gluten and cereal in sausage... Really?!
292.3 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's more than likely just water retention caused by the high sodium content in the sausage. Drink some coffee you'll probably piss it out.
