ahhh! I gained a lb...that blows. Ah well...onwards..
227.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens. The scale will fluctuate a lot, but what really matters is what you do long term. Just stick with it and you'll be fine.

I agree with Divided... It will fluctuate, especially at certain times of the month, or when we might have consumed too much salt. I can gain 2lbs easily every month that way. Keep going! That's what matters.

Exactly twilight mom, you're all right! i lost the weight, and then some! (but just a little) I will indeed keep going, its too exciting watching the scale showing me lower numbers, its like gambling for me, gotta get a better number, 1 more try, 1 more try...LOL

Haha, I have to agree with you sarahlynn, sometimes I do a reweigh, then another reweigh because it COULD be a little off. I have also been know to change the battery in my scale to see if that was the problem...NOPE I was actually heavier. Guess its kind of an obsession...maybe NOT so healthy:)
