Hello everybody. Took a few weeks off of my more aggressive diet schedule due to some personal activities. I’m happy to report no significant weight changes (good or bad) … seemed to hold pretty steady. Just more proof the “slow and steady wins the race”. I hope you all have a great day!
230.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
