Raked the front yard and pruned the bushes for 4 hours. Got a little sunburn. Lost 8 ounces! Cleaned the house today and did laundry.


FORGOT TO JOURNAL ENTRY AND BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL FOR APRIL 13, 2015.


BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 109 AT 6:00 P.M.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
